Black Russian Cake

1 pkg Dark Chocolate Cake Mix w/pudding Duncan Hines brand or their Dark Chocolate Fudge

4 eggs

¾ cup strong coffee used local Mountaineer – French press

½ cup Kahlua

¼ crème de cocoa

1/3 cup oil or applesauce

Mix cake mix, eggs, coffee, Kahlua, crème de cocoa & oil.  Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan, use granulated sugar instead of flour to coat.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins

When done, cool upside down

When cool, prick holes into cake (bamboo kabobs)

 

Combine glaze ingredients:

2 tbls strong coffee, 2 tbls Kahlua, 2 tbls crème de cocoa 1 cup confectioners sugar

 

Pour glaze over cake
